Statement of British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula

The British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula(BSCPRKP) issued the following statement today ;
  Tomorrow at Panmunjom the 3rd Inter-Korean summit will be held between the DPRK and south Korea.
 The BSCPRKP  it make a decisive contribution to defusing tension and freeing the Korean peninsula from the threat of war .
  We hope that the summit will help pave the way towards the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea based of the principle of "By Our Nation Itself "

A mass rally held

     South Korean laborers held a large scale rally against Yoon Suk-yeol in Seoul. The National Meeting of Workers 2023 involving 110,000 laborers appealed for a nationwide campaign to disband the People's Power Party and to get the Yoon regime withdrawn for dismantling the trade unions, driving many laborers to death, and destroying happiness of families. The participants vehemently accused the Yoon regime of escalating oppression upon the trade union. They raised their voices critical of the Yoon clique, demanding the abolition of retrogressive labor law.     Demolish the retrogressive labor law!     Let us smash Yoon's repressive measure of laborers and safeguard rights to subsistence!     Opposition to retrogressive revision of the labor law killing workers!     Topple Yoon destroying agriculture and slaughtering peasants!         People have turned their back on Yoon Suk-yeol!

Modern-version "gladiators"

    Nowadays, the south Korean people put an accusing finger at the members of ruling and opposition parties as modern-version "gladiators". In the political circles of south Korea, the ruling and opposition parties have been constantly at feud with each other.
