The US is responsible for the environmental pollution

  


 

Of late, residents in Yongsan had a press conference in demand of sound return of the US military base in Yongsan.

Participated there were 21 organizations including religious bodies and trade unions in Yongsan and a statement under joint signature was issued.  

The environmental degradation of the US military base is serious and it should be purified at the earliest date as it gives the people big trouble. The US should be accountable for it, the participants condemned strongly.

They shouted slogans “The US is to blame for the environmental pollution of the US military base in Yongsan”

A mass rally held

     South Korean laborers held a large scale rally against Yoon Suk-yeol in Seoul. The National Meeting of Workers 2023 involving 110,000 laborers appealed for a nationwide campaign to disband the People's Power Party and to get the Yoon regime withdrawn for dismantling the trade unions, driving many laborers to death, and destroying happiness of families. The participants vehemently accused the Yoon regime of escalating oppression upon the trade union. They raised their voices critical of the Yoon clique, demanding the abolition of retrogressive labor law.     Demolish the retrogressive labor law!     Let us smash Yoon's repressive measure of laborers and safeguard rights to subsistence!     Opposition to retrogressive revision of the labor law killing workers!     Topple Yoon destroying agriculture and slaughtering peasants!         People have turned their back on Yoon Suk-yeol!

Special Announcement -Dissolution of the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula
