Deceitful junket to Gwangju

 

The chairman of the emergency measure committee of the People’s Power Party made a visit to Gwangju on November 3.

He tried to win popularity with budget for Gwangju and North and South Cheolla Provinces through his visit.

His trip is no more than strategy for upcoming election and mere gesture without sincerity, the residents and student in Gwangju charged. 

The Gwangju Solidarity for Progress and other organizations in a joint statement said that the opposition People’s Power Party revealed its black-hearted intention during three months and it would not win popularity of the North and South Cheolla Provinces.

A mass rally held

     South Korean laborers held a large scale rally against Yoon Suk-yeol in Seoul. The National Meeting of Workers 2023 involving 110,000 laborers appealed for a nationwide campaign to disband the People's Power Party and to get the Yoon regime withdrawn for dismantling the trade unions, driving many laborers to death, and destroying happiness of families. The participants vehemently accused the Yoon regime of escalating oppression upon the trade union. They raised their voices critical of the Yoon clique, demanding the abolition of retrogressive labor law.     Demolish the retrogressive labor law!     Let us smash Yoon's repressive measure of laborers and safeguard rights to subsistence!     Opposition to retrogressive revision of the labor law killing workers!     Topple Yoon destroying agriculture and slaughtering peasants!         People have turned their back on Yoon Suk-yeol!
