Violent conduct
A US civil service employee committed an outrage against a south Korean again.
A few days ago, a drunken US civil service employee threw a parking keeper to the ground and struck him with the palm of his hand, finding fault with the parking keeper’s poor English.
He even resorted violence on passers-by who tried to stop it.
In this regard, south Korean people make a strong protest against it, saying it is an inevitable result which is caused by the US army occupation of south Korea.
Civil organizations raise their voices that the withdrawal of the US troops from south Korea is a basic measure to prevent the criminal acts.
However, the police authorities did not inflict penalty on the offender only to spark off surging indignation of the south Koreans.
